It went great. Shawn and his helper were professional and friendly.
And when he came back with the last piece which had been on back order, he honestly told/showed me we needed a different mounting kit to put the Sound Bar on our wall-mounted TV. He came back the next week, installed it, and then tucked away all the tv and sound bar cabling and cords in addition - so it looks and sounds great.
This is the best sound system I have ever owned, it is easily controllable and it is wireless.
They did an amazing job! We moved into a new house and contacted Shawn from untiCorp early on during construction. Throughout the process, Shawn was very responsive in answering questions and extremely knowledgeable about all AV/home automation products. During final installation, untiCorp was on time, professional and clean. They took the time to explain how each of the systems worked and since then has been available by email/phone if we have had follow-up questions/requests. The electricians and alarm systems folks they brought in were also high quality people. We are extremely happy with all the work and we plan to continue to use untiCorp as we add additional items to our systems.

Extremely well. We had an appointment with Shawn Toolen set for 10AM. He phoned us about 9:50 to tell us that he was in heavy traffic not far from our area and would be a few minutes late. He arrived about 10:15 and got right down to work trying to figure out our older universal remote. Shawn was very professional and a pleasure to work with. It took him a few hours to get all of our equipment in sync with the remote but now we have a much better arrangement all controlled by the one remote, even with the cabinet doors closed. We are delighted and grateful for the service that Shawn rendered. I would recommend him without reservation and would call upon him myself for any future home entertainment repairs or installations.
